General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 7u7i platform and all its related services ("Platform"). In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any person who accesses or registers on the Platform. "We", "our", or "7u7i" refers to the entity operating the Platform.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
7u7i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements
To create an account and use the services on 7u7i, you must be at least 21 years old. This Platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
7u7i may at any time request official documents for age verification. If you are unable to prove your age or provide false information, your account will be closed immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may operate only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a violation of 7u7i's policy. Members of the same household may create separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or financial details are used.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide completely accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If any of your details change, update them promptly. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure.
7u7i reserves the right to reject any registration application at its own discretion. There is no obligation to provide a reason.
Account Security & Responsibility
The security of your account is entirely your own responsibility. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify 7u7i support immediately. We will act promptly, but we are not liable for transactions that occurred before you notified us.
- Use a strong password that is not used anywhere else.
- Always log out after signing in from a public or shared device.
- Keep your registered email address secure.
- Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
7u7i offers new players a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This means if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,000 as a bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.
Bonus terms:
- Bonus offers cannot be combined with each other unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses may only be usable on specified games — visit the promotions page for details.
- 7u7i reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
- Winnings earned with bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
4.3 VIP Program
7u7i's exclusive VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits — starting from up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to a maximum of 1.0% weekly cashback at the Diamond tier. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be published separately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on 7u7i is ৳200 (per method). We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as your account. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed.
5.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
- Withdrawals can only be made via the original deposit method.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- 7u7i may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
- 7u7i reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
5.3 Currency
7u7i processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the applicable exchange rate will apply.
Gaming Rules
All games available on 7u7i are operated on fair and transparent principles. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game interface.
- No external interference in determining game outcomes is possible — all results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
- If a technical issue occurs during a game, 7u7i reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
- In the event of any dispute over a game result, 7u7i's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
- 7u7i will not be liable for losses caused by network disconnection.
- 7u7i may change or discontinue any game offering at any time.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u7i platform:
- Any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity.
- Claiming bonuses with false information or amounts beyond what is permitted.
- Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Using hacking, bots, or automated systems on the game software.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Using a third-party account or payment method.
- Exploiting any technical error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Involvement in such activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
Responsible Gaming

- Service disruptions during system maintenance.
In any case, 7u7i's maximum liability will be equal to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
Account Closure & Suspension
11.1 Closed at User Request
You can request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
11.2 Closed at 7u7i's Initiative
7u7i may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraud or improper activity.
- Providing false information.
- Betting through a third party.
- To comply with applicable laws or regulations.
If an account is closed due to a violation of terms and conditions, your balance may be forfeited in full or in part.

Terms and Conditions Changes
